My Senada bike motor failed with 1600 miles on the odometer. No complaints on reliability as that is about average for any eBike. Purchased a new one using the Shipping fee option. Went flawlessly with followup emails and directions on how to install it. Also shopping around, they were the best price replacing my 1000W 48V motor for $250 bucks including shipping. Thanks!

The bike came in earlier than what the date that Iwas suppose to get it. Got the bike in 4 days. The bike was very well package. I haven't driven the bike much but have put in about 20 miles on it. I love the bike.The bike is a heavy duty and very well made.I haven't had any issues with it, but haven't driven it all that much. As the Weather and time permits I got plans on giving it the workout. Very 😊 happy with my purchase. Will do another review when I put some miles behind me.

My wife and I bought two Saber Pros, she is middle 60's and I am early 70's. Received the bikes in good condition. Due to weather we have not had the opportunity to take them out much but for the time we have had we are very impressed with the quality and performance Eagerly looking forward to better weather to have some great fun on our bikes.

I really like my bike, It is more than I expected such a joy to ride.

The shipping boxes were a bit beat up however everything inside was good. It took an hour to assemble two of them. The batteries had a little charge on they so we were able to try them right away. All around these are great bikes and I would recommend them to all that are looking for good priced solid bike

Was super easy to assemble, had problem getting the handle bar tightened until I downloaded the manual only to find there was another hex **** on the top under the rubber grommet. Since then i have been enjoying my rides with my wife.

I got a Senada Saber Pro for Christmas. I absolutely love this bike. It has a lot of torque and power. I am 6’3” 225 pounds and I can top out at 31 MPH. The 21ah battery is fantastic. This bike has it all, with all the accessories unmatched by its competitors. I will be buying another one for my wife. It is truly the best Christmas gift I have ever had. As for customer service I give them an A+. Any questions or concerns they would get back to me in less than 24 hours. Just a great E-Bike and a great experience with Senada.

Great bike!! It is quite large, should be close to 6 ft to feel comfortable. Tons of power and nice suspension. This thing is a beast!!

This bike is amazing. But be careful. This bike comes with tubed tires and no protection from stickers or goat heads that are found everywhere in Florida. Best thing is to get puncture proof tire liners. And get all the accessories you can from mirrors to phone mounts to saddles. But it handles great and is fast. Watch out for speeding tickets. It can and will happen. Without peddling 29 mph with peddling the fastest I've gone is 38mph. So please be careful and watch out for cars.
