Let's start from the packaging, well well packaged 5/5 .Assembly was very straight forward, just follow instructions, with no form of experience 1-1/2 hour 4.8/5 , Speed pushed it to maximum and got 30 mph, hydraulic Brakes is a must. The charging was great 👍🏽 very very sturdy frame 5/5
Loving the herald Plus so far on five rides. Bought December 2024. Also chose this bike for the smaller writer seat height. I am five foot five and a half inches. It still had an inch to go and my tippy tippy toes could barely touched until I cut the extra inch off the seat post to slide it all the way down. Now the balls of my feet can't touch the ground as I am on the seat. Other bikes seem to have a height restriction of 5 ft 7 in. The battery is fantastic. The speed is very powerful I usually never get out of power number 3 on Long flat areas. Trying to find the right bike rack now. Any recommendations for a double bike rack with a ramp? Looking at the Hollywood spart Rider.

Bought it for commuting to work after considering it for a while. When I saw there was a promotion and the price was right, I didn't hesitate to buy. The power is also impressive; I can ride it for many days to work and back. The customer service is excellent, responding promptly.
Buying the Viper ebike initially aimed for a convenient commute, but it turned out to be more than that. Now, I also use it for workouts and sometimes take casual rides to the park. There, I stroll around, watching my kids play in the distance while basking in the sunlight. Just parked beside me, the feeling is cozy and tranquil. I really cherish this sense of casual freedom and relaxation.
Cheap and affordable. The Archon and accessory are as good as ever, offering excellent value for money. Trusted big brand, highly cost-effective.

Assembled it in just half an hour, the quality is impressive. The customer service's attitude is excellent, and they truly deliver on their promises. When riding, the brakes are responsive, the tires are large, and there's plenty of power. Climbing hills is effortless; it's a breeze!
Easy to install, the blue color looks great. Overall, it's aesthetically pleasing, and the customer service is attentive.
What can I say? For this price, I don't know if you can do any better. The bike came with everything, no missing parts. Everything fit well and was easy to assemble (watch a few YouTube vids if you need help). I'm a big guy and I was concerned that the bike wouldn't have enough power, but I realized I was worried for nothing.
Overall, I have been impressed with this bike especially given the reasonable price. i have been using it for my 20 minute work commute in a city with a lot of hills.
As far as I know, it will be a great bike. It is really cold in Kansas City and I am not riding a bicycle right now so I have no idea about performance or anything. asked me again in the spring time and I will be glad to email you back

We ordered two Herald. Everything was in great shape after shipping. We put 25 miles on them first day and loved them. Very comfortable well built bikes.
The archon is a solid bike. It provides a comfortable ride on pavement as well as gravel/dirt paths. I am able to fit it on the back of my SUV
