Great bike

Bought the bike after researching many Bikes and blindly picking Senada Herald Pro,so far I really like it seems like a great choice.I am like a kid with a new toy.I bought a Lectric 3.0 for my wife just because my bike is to big for her, nice bike also but I definitely feel that my Senada is the better bike.

Love the bikes!

We received our 2 Senada Herald Pro bikes a few weeks ago and really enjoy them! They were shipped very fast. We were camping in Georgia and had them shipped to nearest FedEx office. Came very well packaged and was easy to put together.

The bikes are very well made and look amazing. Everyone that sees them are asking about them. I am 67 years old and my wife is 65. She is 5'6" and had a bit of adjusting getting on and off it. But with practice has no trouble now.

Using the pedal assist has been great! I went online and learned how to bump up the pedal assist speed a bit as 5 mph was a bit slow. Now we can go 7mph easily in Level one. But be aware doing that to level affects Levels 2 through 5 also unless I'm mistaken.

So glad we purchased these. I think we'll be able to enjoy these for a number of years to come!

Exceptional e-bike, KBO was my first (Breeze) and it’s a good bike, however the Senada Harold Pro is much better .

Great Bike

The Herald Pro bike is a great bike. It has a lot of power and goes around 28-32 mph without sweat. I would recommend this bike to anyone! I love my bike and thanks again!!

FAQs

HERALD comes about 95% assembled, there are some final assembly and adjustments needed, like the front wheel, the handlebar, the seat, the pedals, the headlight and the front fender.

About the front fender and the headlight--

The screws and nuts are attached on the front fork, you can remove them, put the fender on and screw them back. Two sets are on both sides of the fork, one set on top is for both the fender and the headlight. Here is a guide video about how to install them:

For any assembly questions, you can download the instructions on our website https://senadabikes.com/pages/tools or contact our support team via contact@senadabikes.com

The red button below the throttle is to enable/disable the throttle function. When the throttle function is off, code E08 will show on the display, and only PAS mode is functioning; when the throttle function is on, both throttle and PAS are working.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wT_9conxWdI

The front wheel hardware are pre-installed on the front hub, a video about how to install the front wheel on SABER/HERALD.

1. Look for the “L” or “R” sign on the axle or wrench flat.

2. The left pedal needs to tighten counterclockwise, the right pedal is tightened clockwise.

3. The thread of the pedal and crank arm needs to be aligned carefully, if the thread is misaligned, the crank will be mangled or cross-threaded.

4. It is suggested to tighten the pedals with a pedal wrench, and use some anti-seize compound.
