If you choose to pay by credit card, sometimes our system may decline the payment to protect against potential credit card fraud. It's a good idea to call your credit card company or bank in advance to inform them about this purchase so that it doesn't get declined.

In case this happens, here are three solutions for you:
1. If you have a PayPal account, try paying through PayPal. Alternatively, try using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
2. Switch to another credit or debit card.
3. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still select PayPal on the complete order page and click the "Complete Order" button. You will then be directed to a page where you can choose to pay with either PayPal or a debit/credit card (for the latter option, you don’t need to register for PayPal).

- Yes! There's no penalty for paying early.

- Once you place your order (even if it is pre-order or on backorder), your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. Upon purchasing, customers agree there may be a delay to their projected delivery date, regardless of when the item is expected to ship. 

- There is no sales or VAT tax included in your order, when you check out, the total price is for the item + shipping (if necessary).

- Senada does not charge any extra fee from our customers, the international fee depends on your payment bank, some banks may charge the fee. If you have more concerns about it, please contact the bank directly.
