Consumer Purchase Terms and Conditions – Cancellation and Return

These Consumer Purchase Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Senada Bikes (“SNDB”, “us” or “we”), and apply to all consumer purchases by you of any model of SNDB’s electric bikes (“e-bike(s)”) and/or related accessories offered by SNDB (collectively with e-bikes, the “Products”) in the United States only. By purchasing any Products from SNDB, or by using the Products you hereby agree to these Terms in their entirety.

Please read these Terms carefully and thoroughly as they list your obligations and rights. A dispute that you may have under these Terms will be taken to arbitration.

BASIC CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

In order to undertake a valid cancelation or return, you must obtain written approval for such cancelation or return from SNDB, which can be an approval email by contacting SNDB at ask@senadabikes.com. Any cancellation without approval shall be rejected and the order process shall continue. Any Product sent back to SNDB by you without the written consent of SNDB shall be rejected and returned to you at your cost.

Regarding small flaws and slight stains/scratches on the paint surface of the e-bike and the relevant parts:

D. Renewal Reminders. When placing on order through the Site, you will have the ability to opt-in to receive “Renewal Reminders” from us. If you opt-in to receive Renewal Reminders, we will use the email address you have provided to us to send you reminders.

The Company and third party businesses may use the information collected through the Site using cookies, web beacons, and other similar technologies to help manage online advertising programs. As a result, the Company cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit on or through the Site and you do so at your own risk. Termination of your account will not result in the removal of information collected and already put in aggregate form or information that cannot, in our sole discretion, be removed without undue burden to us. Even after you delete your account or your account is otherwise terminated, we may retain your information as long as we have a legitimate purpose to do so and in accordance with applicable law. We also may retain backup copies of your information on our servers or databases (and/or any authorized third party servers or databases we use) for legitimate purposes such as assist with any legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Our agreements. E-bikes Warranty on Senada Website

To make a warranty claim always keep handy the bicycle model, date of purchase, bicycle serial number as well as the order number on our website.

Every Senada electric bicycle on our website comes with a 2 Years warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on its frame, motor, controller, and display that could affect the electric bicycle's function.

Every Senada Li-ion battery on a Senada e-bike comes with a 1 Year warranty, the warranty includes service coverage for a defective battery. If it is out of warranty, Senada offers battery service for a charge.

All rechargeable batteries are consumables and have a limited lifespan — eventually their capacity and performance decline such that they need to be replaced. As batteries age, they can contribute to changes in e-bike performance. A Senada Li-ion battery is designed to retain up to 80% of its original capacity at 500 complete charge cycles when operating under normal conditions.

This warranty applies only to the original registered owner of the Senada bicycle and is not transferable.

This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, malfunctions, or failures due to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, damage or failure due to accident or other improper use, installation of third party components, parts, or accessories, or any products that have been modified from manufacturer’s specifications. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.

We highly suggest using a photo or a short video (no more than 25MB) to illustrate the issue when contacting us, it will help us diagnose the problem quickly and clearly, then provide further assistance to solve it.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WARRANTY

Q: Will I need to pay import taxes when my order ships?
A: No. Your total at checkout is final. so you won’t face additional fees upon delivery.

Q: Can the coupon received from registration be used to buy accessories? 
A: Unfortunately, the coupon received from registration can only be used to purchase ebikes. However, you can use your points to redeem accessories.
