The stem is easy to install and adjust. Very sturdy.

After installing the handle bar risers I now set upright and enjoy the ride a lot better. You have to make the bike your own by installing accessories that make it feel the way you want. We love our Sanada bikes and ride them 11 or more miles every morning. Not bad for two old folks that use to set in front of the tv all day.
