Every Senada used electric bicycle comes with a 180-day warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on its:

Frame, motor, controller, display, battery

This warranty covers any issues that could affect the electric bicycle's function. If it is out of warranty, Senada offers battery service for a charge.

This limited warranty does not apply to:

Normal wear and tear, malfunctions, or failures due to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, damage or failure due to accident or other improper use, installation of third-party components, parts, or accessories, or any products that have been modified from manufacturer’s specifications.

The battery warranty does not include:

Damage from power surges, Use of an improper charger, Improper maintenance or other such misuse, Normal wear, Water damage

This company amazes me

You know I think I'm going to throw the fourth bike in the year because I buy them and my friends begged me to tell them so I do and I go by another one I'm overwhelmed by him call you and by the value and the reason timely professionally and they're very fair. Doing the nicest place on the road in my opinion every time I run away with my bike people stop and just stare at it and say how beautiful it is most importantly I feel safe on it I feel safe and confident the bike's going to do his job.
