Great Bike!
After a rough start (my bike arrived damaged) it’s a great bike! Customer service was great, a little slow to respond to my initial email but once they responded, everything was taken care of without a complaint or hassle. My bike arrived with bent front fork and damaged rear light on the back rack from shipping damage. They sent me new fork and an installation video so I could replace it myself very simply. The rack is on the way. Awesome customer service and the bike works great. Would definitely purchase again from this company.

Labor Day, our first ride.
My wife and I took our bikes out today for the first time. She rode her Roamer and I the Viper. Both bikes have plenty of power. The suspension on both axles is fantastic. This was especially important to me as I am 6‘,2“ tall and 230 pounds, overall a very comfortable ride, and at the end of one hour, both battery indicators were still full. I’m very pleased with my purchase, and since we only used the pedal assist feature, we got a good work out.

I put 12 miles since i got it a week ago.This is my first ebike.runs great i like how its helps me go up hills.is well built .looks great.i also drive vintage balloon tire bikes ,but i had knee implant and my new ebike is my knee saver.Helps a lot with the assist and i dont have to force my knees.I going to use it mostly for road and longer dintace,so i going to have to replace the knobby tires for street tires that the sell thats the only change i doing so yes ill buy another one for the good price.im happy with it.

Took my training wheels off yesterday went on a rail trail was impressed how qui ckly I adapted to this e bike I'm a big guy 6 foot 240 lbs and the pulls me up hill amazingly would highly recommend this bike to a beginner like me looking forward to future bikes from senada.

SABER comes about 95% assembled, there are some final assembly and adjustments needed, like the front wheel, the handlebar, the seat, the pedals, the headlight and the front fender.
About the front fender and the headlight--
The screws and nuts are attached on the front fork, you can remove them, put the fender on and screw them back. Two sets are on both sides of the fork, one set on top is for both the fender and the headlight. Here is a guide video about how to install them:

The front wheel hardware are pre-installed on the front hub, a video about how to install the front wheel on SABER/HERALD.
1. Look for the “L” or “R” sign on the axle or wrench flat.
2. The left pedal needs to tighten counterclockwise, the right pedal is tightened clockwise.
3. The thread of the pedal and crank arm needs to be aligned carefully, if the thread is misaligned, the crank will be mangled or cross-threaded.
4. It is suggested to tighten the pedals with a pedal wrench, and use some anti-seize compound.
(1) Long press UP and DOWN button to enter the settings mode; (2) short press M to P02 - Unit of mileage; (3) short press UP and DOWN to change parameters between 0 and 1, 1 is mile; (4) long press M to save the valve; (5) long press UP and DOWN to exit.
