FAQ

ROAMER is a 26''*4''bike with a 1000w motor and a 14Ah battery.

 

DRIFTER is a 20''*4‘’ bike with a 500w motor and a 14Ah battery.

DRIFTER comes about 98% assembled, there are some final assembly and adjustments needed.

1. Look for the “L” or “R” sign on the axle or wrench flat.

 

2. The left pedal needs to tighten counterclockwise, the right pedal is tightened clockwise.

 

3. The thread of the pedal and crank arm needs to be aligned carefully, if the thread is misaligned, the crank will be mangled or cross-threaded.

 

4. It is suggested to tighten the pedals with a pedal wrench, and use some anti-seize compound if have.

 

Headlight: There is a ☼ button on the left side of the handlebar.

 

Taillight: It's a brake tail light, please squeeze the brake lever to turn on it.

(1)Long press UP and DOWN button to enter the settings mode; 

(2)Short press M to P02 - Unit of mileage; 

(3)Short press UP and DOWN to change parameters between 0 and 1, 1 is mile;

(4)Long press M to save the valve; 

(5)Long press UP and DOWN to exit.

DRIFTER just has one set of key, it is used to lock/unlock the battery.

I recently purchased a DRIFTER electric bike and I must say I am very impressed. The foldable frame makes it very convenient to transport and store, especially for people with limited space. The function screen changes Game rules, providing all necessary information at a glance, including battery level, real-time speed, and even fault indication for increased safety.

For me, one of the standout features is the bike’s sturdiness. It feels sturdy and well-made, giving me confidence while riding. Despite its sturdy construction, it's still very comfortable even on long journeys.

The range of functions on the function screen is impressive, offering everything from power assist levels to driving range and total distance traveled. Additionally, headlight icons ensure visibility in low-light conditions, improving overall safety.

Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. DRIFTER e-bikes offer convenience, performance and comfort in every aspect. Highly recommended to anyone in the market for a reliable and feature-packed e-bike

Only downfall was shipping was super late. The seller has great customer service though! They offered me a new free petal because the one that came with it broke. They did the best they could to help me with a few problems I had definitely would recommend buying from this seller! The battery life is outstanding, we've been riding it so much we already need a new back tire definitely worth every penny! Also it is super fast. Buy this bike you won't regret it!💯💚👍🚴
