Troubleshooting Your E-Bike: Quick Solutions to Common Issues

1. Installation Issues
▪︎ No Place to Mount Front Light When Installing Front Wheel
Check if the fork's bridge is facing forward. If it's not, rotate the fork 180 degrees, and then reinstall the front wheel, fender, and light.
▪︎ Unable to Install Pedals
Ensure that the pedals are not installed on the wrong side. Look for the "L" and "R" markings on the pedals for proper installation.
▪︎ Unable to Install Rear Rack
The rear rack might have been compressed during transport. Adjust the brackets by applying some force to realign them before installation.
2. Bike Malfunctions
▪︎ Bike Won't Power On
Ensure the battery is charged, turned on, and all connections on the bike are secure. Press and hold the power button on the display to turn on the bike. If it still won't turn on, contact customer service, explaining the current situation and providing relevant photos or videos for assistance.
▪︎ Motor Doesn't Turn
First, turn on the bike. After powering on the display, note that PS0 is the no electric assist mode; switch to PS1 for electric assist to begin, with PS5 being the highest setting. It's recommended to start riding (accelerating) using PS1~PS2. If the motor still doesn't turn, check the display for error codes and verify if the motor cable is properly connected. Try unplugging and reconnecting the motor cable, then test again. If the motor still does not function, contact customer service with a description of the situation and any photos or videos for help.
▪︎ Brake Noise
Some brake noise may occur during initial use as they break in. Continue using the bike for a while to see if it resolves. Regularly clean the brake discs with a cloth dampened with soapy water to remove dust and debris, and ensure the brake calipers have not been deformed from impact.
3. Error Codes
▪︎ Display Error Codes
Display error codes (typically starting with "E") convey different messages. It's advisable to contact customer service with a detailed description of your bike's status and provide corresponding photos and videos. Our support team will diagnose and resolve the issue.
