I added the stem to my bike and it makes all the difference in the world! Don't feel bent over like a bike racer now. Much more comfortable for the lower back.
Got saber and herald and we're touring as many national parks and rail-trails as possible. Still get exercise but go 30 miles instead of 6 on a non-assisted bike. Esp. useful in gravel, on hills, or at altitude. Add in a pair of Senada helmets for comms and look out. So much fun!

Easy to assemble. These are very well constructed bikes and extremely well designed. They took just a bit to get used to the quick start, but once used a few times we got them figured out and they work fantastic. I just can't say enough about the company (which I had never heard of before), but these are so well built we feel we will have them for a long time. They do go very fast (30mph), but we generally ride them slower so we get exercise too. I took 1 star off for comfort since the handle bars don't raise up and after a longer ride our hands hurt from leaning forward for too long. Great for the trails and since we live by a beach they are great on the packed sand for a long cruise. I have the men's style and bought my wife the white woman's style and would recommend them to anyone wishing to get an EV bike. Have fun!
I’ve only had the ebike for 2 weeks & so far everything is great! Smooth ride with the fat tires, nice front and rear brake light, & easy battery removal. The large panel bags are very nice & are easy to remove also. The seat is ok but I will probably change it out, other than that it’s a great Ebike!
These are really nice ebikes. The tires are huge. Delivery was fast and assembly was very easy, took me longer then the 20 minutes they said it should take BUT I just took my time. These are very solid bikes. The welds are smooth and clean. These are not small ebikes, these bikes are huge and heavy. But they ride really well and surprisingly fast if you want to go fast. If you are interested in a ebike you can’t go wrong buying these bikes.
My son wanted to buy a e-bike, so I was helping him with the research since I already have one and know what to look for. My e-bike is from a company that doesn’t seem to have the best business model, and even though everything’s been fine going on 2 years now, I am concerned that they could disappear one day. So when my son wanted to get one, I encouraged him to purchase his e-bike from a company that seemed solid. My friends had purchased a senada herald over 3 years ago and they are still thrilled with it. They have really put it to the test going long distances in all kinds of terrain when they go camping including, sand, mountains, bike trails, and regular roads, as well as pulling a loaded bike trailer.
My son’s bike arrived quicker than expected, we may just have gotten lucky. It was really easy for him to put it together, there was a missing accessory item so I contacted the company and it arrived at our front door within two days. My son is so thrilled with his bike and is riding it all over town. It’s sturdy, looks sharp, and gives him a smooth ride. He purchased it during prime days, but even if he had paid full price, I don’t think he could’ve gotten a better bike in this price range.
There are other fantastic bikes out there, but you can’t go wrong with this one.
This is my second ebike and it's a huge improvement. The ride is awesome and I really like the color computer display. The suspension is really great. I can climb over a fairly tall bridge and am able to maintain about 16 MPH, it's a steep bridge so that is awesome! I do wish the bike came with more comprehensive instructions, but I was able to find everything I needed on line. I was able to clear up a few questions using their online chat and they were really responsive. Yes, I would buy this bike again and I recommend it to my friends.
This bike works really well for trails and fire roads. I haven’t owned a mountain bike for over 20 years but I’ve been an avid ADV and dual sport motorcycle rider for decades. This bike gets me places that’s motorcycle isn’t allowed to go. I can make the ride as much or as little of a workout as I choose. I’ve risen fire roads and single track where I live, in the Sierra and the bike has been flawless. I have found the limits of the suspension. Don’t expect this to perform like a serious downhill machine, that’s not what it’s for, but for an older dude looking for fun fitness and adventure, it’s absolutely brilliant. The hub mounted motor and large battery are great for someone getting back in to the sport. The hub mount Montta is simple to use. Need more assist? Drop a few gears and hit the plus button a few times and you’re on your way. Easy and extremely effective. Rear suspension is difficult to adjust but works well enough for me. Front suspension is effective though I have found it’s limits when I really start moving on downhill sections. Battery life is more than adequate for several hours of trail riding.. and remember, I live in the Sierra, not in the flat lands. All in all , it’s perfect for my needs… fitness and fun!
I compared a lot of fat tire ebikes prior to deciding on the Senada Fat Tire 26" 7 Speed bike. This bike has exceeded my expectations; it is very easy to assemble and comes complete and packaged well from the company. The bike is very smooth and can't be beat for the price. Additionally, I had a very small issue that needed Senada's customer support and they went above and beyond in resolving and answering my questions. Kudos to Senada for producing a great bike at a great price with solid customer support. You can't go wrong....quit thinking about it and purchase this bike!
They look good nice low profile and hats off to Senada. One of the clamps broke and Senada replaced it right away.
The shipping was not to bad it. It came a day earlier which helped. The key fits right in and works.
Just what my bike needed handlebars were very uncomfortable. Made a great difference.

The fat tires on the Viper absorb shocks and bumps exceptionally well. I feel confident riding on uneven trails and rocky paths.
Purchased a Saber and a Herald for my wife and I. We absolutely love the bikes and ride them as often as possible. If I'd known how much I would enjoy an E-Bike I would've bought them years ago. The bikes are well made and powerful enough for most situations.
After trying out this bike, we immediately ordered a 2nd one. Cause 2 bikes are always better than 1, right? I rode this bike all over the farm with ease and actually wore out one of my dogs that NEVER gets worn out! Peaceful night sleep!
