ARCHON comes about 95% assembled, there are some final assembly and adjustments needed, like the front wheel, the handlebar, the seat, the pedals, the headlight, the fenders, and the rear rack.
There is a quick release skewer for installing the front wheel, place the front wheel on the wheel hub, then tighten and lock the quick release skewer.
There is a spring on each side of the quick release skewer. The small end of the spring is inward and the big end is outward. The nuts on the front wheel do not need to be removed.
In addition, please make sure both sides of the fork is clipped on the hub, not on the quick release skewer.
*Please check the tire position before and after inflating the tire, inspect the wheel to make sure the bead seat line is aligned to the rim, the bead is uniformly seated and the inner tube is not poking out from the underneath of the tire.
1. Look for the “L” or “R” sign on the axle or wrench flat.
2. The left pedal needs to tighten counterclockwise, the right pedal is tightened clockwise.
3. The thread of the pedal and crank arm needs to be aligned carefully, if the thread is misaligned, the crank will be mangled or cross-threaded.
4. It is suggested to tighten the pedals with a pedal wrench, and use some anti-seize compound if have.
The front fender and the headlight share the same set of bolts and nuts. Here is a video guide on how to assemble the fenders, headlight, and rear rack:
I bought this bike for moose hunting in September of 2023. I have already put over 250 miles on the bike. ie) Gravel roads, timber trails, clear cuts, bike paths. I also used it for a deer hunt in open and tilled fields. When I am not hunting, I also ride it around the country side. This bike is a real beast and it take a little bit of time to get used to combining the right gear selections with the best power settings, especially if you are going to climb a steep hill. There battery lasts longer than I had imagined, I generally only use 1 battery for a full day of hunting. ( trail and road combined ) It gives you incredible speed on the way back from a day in the field.
If you can afford it, buy 2 batteries. You can always be ready to swap out a low battery when required. It takes about 7 hours to charge the batteries. I also suggest that you buy the dual saddle bags. ( Even an extra battery if required ) This bike is really robust and the quality shows through. Everyone stops me and asks me about it. I have had my new Senada electric bike and the more I ride it the more l love it!
Gets me where l need to go. Performance is great.
Assembly was simple.
Few adjustments and on the road l went.
I have gotten a bit of head turning and compliments on how it looks.
Our beaches in Florida are great to ride on and the battery stays charged fairly well as long as you don’t put it under too much load for a long time.
The only Issue I have had is no customer support after sending a few emails and texts?

My wife and I purchased 2 Archon Pro’s. They arrived very quickly well packaged. We assembled them, charged the lithium battery packs and have been riding them on and off road almost everyday for about 2 weeks. We ride about 6 miles average a day and with pedal assist we get a great workout and approx 50 miles with 2 bars still left and then we charge them. We are in love with these bikes and are so happy we purchased them! Extremely well built and stylish and great value. I’m 5’ 10” and wife is 5’ 7” and we fit well on the archon Pro as well.
