This is my second e-bike. My friend and I went to the beach to play and found it accidentally，This herald does NOT have that problem. The range is amazing. It has an incredible amount of speed. I generally only use PAS 1 or 2 and have to problem keeping up. It goes all the way up to a 5. The big tires make this bike feel very stable, no matter what speed or terrain you're riding.The display is very easy to read and change settings on.
Build quality is very sturdy and the back seat construction looks like it can house one extra adult, very interesting I would recommend seanda to everyone.

After doing a lot of research and getting referrals from friends, this is the bike/manufacturer I chose. Wow! It's so nice to ride and is very cool to look at. It handles well uphill. You can choose to work out and pedal or you can cruise for a bit. There are quite a few accessories you can get for it too. I had to contact customer service for an issue but they immediately responded and have worked with me to get the item resolved. Customer service is top notch and they work hard to make sure I'm 100% satisfied with their products! I highly recommend Senada e-bikes!

I purchased this ebike in November (2023). My husband and I put it together in about an hour or so. The directions were fairly easy to comprehend.
My first test ride was fantastic! The battery came fully charged so I was able to take it out right away. The handle throttle was a bit “torquey”, which some people may prefer, but I like to use the pedals to engage the assist, it takes off slower. I made it to about level 4, 5 was to fast for me.
I pull a trailer with two young children (Aprox 50lbs total with trailer) and this helps tremendously with hills and longer distances. It came with the tire guards, a rear bike rack, front and rear lights with turning signals which was way more than what other bikes came with that were double the price.
Somehow I misplaced my owners manual, which I like to keep a hard copy of. I contacted customer support through their email and they responded within 24 hours and answered my question along with providing me a way to pay for a new manual.
So far great customer service, the product is great and I am enjoying it!
