I would rate it a 4.5 stars if I could, but having to choose, overall for price and performance I give it 5 stars.
I bought a Senada Saber a few months ago, I have ridden almost 400 miles in the past two months. I will begin by stating that although I am an active person, I am 220 lbs. I was in Mt. Hood Village, OR. when I received the Saber. I assembled the bike, charged the battery, and my son (on pedal mountain bike) rode 14 miles up Lolo Pass, 28 miles round trip. I only used Pedal Assist (PAS) Level 1 & 2 because I wanted to test the range of the battery. I rode around town a little bit over the next few days and then took a solo ride up to Timberline Lodge - 18 miles away. The battery died just before I reached the lodge, and was able to ride back down hill and pedal where needed to get back to the cabin. So with hill climbing (and downhill returns) I was able to get around 65-67 miles on the 21 amp hour battery.
Since then I have ridden around/along Pismo Beach, CA, Turnbull Canyon road and off-road trails (Hacienda Heights, CA), mountain trails in Cajon Pass, and paved and off-road trails near Silverwood Lake, CA. I have put the bike through it's paces and can say that for the most part is has held up very well. I can say that I have pushed the electric motor to it's limit on a few occasions where I was climbing steep hills. The motor has gotten overworked and I have had to shut it off and walk the remainder of the way up some steep roads/off-road trails. With that in mind I can say that I have always pedaled the bike to assist the motor but it's not going to climb "very" steep hills. I have had success climbing steeper hills in PAS 1, and shorter bursts in PAS 2.
Overall it has met my expectations for comfort, use, and most of all the long range battery capacity. If you want an extreme use bike you might need a larger watt motor than the standard 1000 Watt this bike comes with.

Bought The Bike For A Birthday Gift
I looked at a ton of e-bikes and read the reviews on this one and decided this e-bike was it.
I am so in love with this beautiful baby midnight blue super fast and Powerful e-bike. I waited 2 years to get it and it's the best purchase I've made all year. This bike goes up hills fast. It's beautiful and big and powerful. If you're not used to power and size do not get this Ebike because it will overwhelm you and you may hurt yourself. But if you are used to power speed height and weight then this bike will be good for you. The battery lasts forever. My first two rides I did 12 miles each and the battery was still fully charged. This bike is perfect if you're looking to get outdoors, and if you're older it gives you the help you need with the pedal assist to get through the streets and up hills fabulously. This bike is definitely worth every dime I spent on it. The pedal assist has five speeds that will push you along rapidly. The bike itself has seven gears. The headlight and rear brake lights are fabulous. The super fat tires are fire AKA fabulous. The seat is big and comfy. It weighs 78 lb so I need a ramp to get it up my steps and down my steps but I use the brakes and it's a no-brainer. It comes with a sturdy bike rack on the back this bike is just fabulous. My car is super small and I could not get a hitch so I bought two bike racks and ratchet strap them to my car and we go everywhere together.

Took my training wheels off yesterday went on a rail trail was impressed how qui ckly I adapted to this e bike I'm a big guy 6 foot 240 lbs and the pulls me up hill amazingly would highly recommend this bike to a beginner like me looking forward to future bikes from senada.
