SABER comes about 95% assembled, there are some final assembly and adjustments needed, like the front wheel, the handlebar, the seat, the pedals, the headlight and the front fender.
About the front fender and the headlight--
The screws and nuts are attached on the front fork, you can remove them, put the fender on and screw them back. Two sets are on both sides of the fork, one set on top is for both the fender and the headlight. Here is a guide video about how to install them:

The front wheel hardware are pre-installed on the front hub, a video about how to install the front wheel on SABER/HERALD.
1. Look for the “L” or “R” sign on the axle or wrench flat.
2. The left pedal needs to tighten counterclockwise, the right pedal is tightened clockwise.
3. The thread of the pedal and crank arm needs to be aligned carefully, if the thread is misaligned, the crank will be mangled or cross-threaded.
4. It is suggested to tighten the pedals with a pedal wrench, and use some anti-seize compound.
(1) Long press UP and DOWN button to enter the settings mode; (2) short press M to P02 - Unit of mileage; (3) short press UP and DOWN to change parameters between 0 and 1, 1 is mile; (4) long press M to save the valve; (5) long press UP and DOWN to exit. I have had this bike for about a month now and love everything about it. I am a larger man (6'4" 285 lbs) and the bike is perfect. I do not even need the seat all the way up like i was planning. I purchased the herald version for my wife and even though i am much larger, my bike keeps up with her for the most part. All around great bike for the price.

Affordable Powerful E Bike. Great Customer Service.
I have owned the Senada saber for three months and have put 205 rough back country miles on it. The saber has met my expectations for comfort, motor torque, good build quality at this price point, dependability, and a solid feel going down the trail.
The bike is 78 pounds with the 21AH battery, has a 5-speed pedal assist and an estimated range of 45 - 80 miles but the range depends on how much you pedal and the type of trails you ride. I personally found that on mountain dirt trails with modest incline, me peddling 15 percent of the ride I got 45 to 80 miles from a fully charged battery.
It's a great E bike for the average to mid-level trail rider, easy to handle as its well balanced, the bike has 26"x4" knobby tires that grip the off-pavement trails quite well and work fine on pavement also.
The frame is 6061 aluminum, has been well designed and has quality welding.
The motor has a surprising amount of power (1000 watts and 95 NM torque) this matched to the Shimano 7 speed gearing and pedal assist was enough to propel me over the moderate to rough mountain trails.
The seat is comfortable, but I think I will buy a suspension seat for more comfort.
Overall, I'm very happy with the Senada saber and do recommend the bike. I'm 66 years old and I have found this bike a good match for my moderate off pavement trail riding.
