Was looking to get a ebike without braking the bank. This bike goes above my expectations . The price is almost the same as a regulure bike in my area. Assembly was very easy especialy following the manufacturers video. Just start and stop when you need to. Getting used to the cntrolls took a bit of learning but after figuring it ot I really enjoy being back on a bike again. Needed a ebike to get back from when i rode to far. I would sugest you get this bike , Especially if you are older like myself.

I bought a Saber e-bike and after riding it for a while, I noticed a noise coming from the front wheel. I initially thought it was a quality issue and contacted customer service in frustration. After checking, I realized it was my own assembly mistake. The customer service team was very courteous and helped me troubleshoot the problem. I appreciate their patient assistance. I want to tell other e-bike buyers that assembling an e-bike requires some patience. Sometimes, issues arise because the bike wasn't assembled correctly, so it's a good idea to reach out to customer service for help.

Been using it for a couple days now and I can honestly say it’s pretty awesome for the price, I’m 260lbs but I have no problem riding it. Was pretty simple to put together and even though the box was beat up it was very well packaged, brakes work great and it really surprised me honestly. If you are on the fence about buying it, just do it. It’s a great price and is a good bike to start in the E-bike game!

Assembly was easy and it rides very comfortably and it's a good looking bike.

Bought this bike to ride around my seasonal campground. Lots of steep hills and handles them all with ease. More power than expected. Great bike for the $.

As a non-driver in the suburbs, my friend was very inconvenience in reaching his workplace.
This bike has literally set him free, even enjoying rides on his holidays.

I have not rode it far enough to really say. But it is very nice to go for a short ride and the peddle assist is fantastic.

It has been a few years since I’ve been on a bicycle and am glad I came across this. It arrived on time and was packaged very well. Minimal damage to the box but the bike was very well packed and protected. It didn’t take long to put together. The only thing needed to assemble was the pedals handle bar, seat, headlight and fenders. The battery was approximately 50% charged. So far I’ve only put 15 miles or so on it but it is a joy to ride. The fat tires are perfect for the different surfaces I ride on.. dirt road, sand, and the occasional paved road. The electric pedal assist is great-especially heading up hill. There are many parameters and settings you can make to customize the bike. (Different levels of pedal assist for example. You can have 3,5 or 7 levels, each one can be customized with a certain percentage of assist). Overall I am very pleased with the purchase.

Overall it’s a phenomenal bike for the price. Very powerful and fun to ride, I use it around my college and it navigates with ease. This was my first ebike, but there wasn’t really a learning curve and I figured it out pretty quick.

The good:
- Great ergonomics, feels great to ride
- Easy to use throttle and pedal assist settings
- Lights are quite bright
- Fat tires can handle almost any terrain
- Back rack is super handy
- Allows for longer and faster rides
- Internal battery makes it more secure and less likely to get stolen

This bike is fun to ride. The controls are perfect and good quality components.

The seat is pretty comfortable, I don't ride far, but it's not intrusive, like some bike seats can be (ya know what I'm sayin?) but the bike is awesome and I love it and it is perfect for those quick rides to and from work!

Efficient on battery life,goes fast. Sturdy and stable. Showed up 2 days earlier than expected my son loves it. Hands down 5 stars

Purchased this Viper e-bike for an exceptional price! The quality and performance exceed my expectations! Very easy to maneuver. Have had no issues with the bike. I bought this bike for myself just to get out of the house more and exercise. I found myself wanting to ride it more than I drive my car. It's very durable. I'm big on durability due to the fact that I'm 6'1" 285lbs. I will definitely recommend this to anyone that wants to get out and have some fun.

This bike arrived one day earlier than the expected ship date which was awesome because it was a gift for my son’s birthday and it arrived on his birthday. My husband was able to put it together easily before he came home from school to surprise him with it. He loves his new electric bike and he rides it to and from school now and every evening! The battery lasts a long time and he’s never had it run out on him.

He loves the bright light on the front and how the battery has a lock. The seat is easily adjustable and he loves all the different modes the bike has. Great bike we are so glad we bought it.

Oh what I expected it to be. I’m having fun on this bike.
