I started having an issue with my bike soon after I bought it. I cringed at the thought of dealing with customer service, but I was pleasantly surprised by the immediate response and rapid shipping of a new controller and a couple of cables that could potentially be the problem. The bike is running great now. Customer service gets two thumbs up from me.

My mph increased by 4mph. Hopefully this new one lasts longer than the original controller 118 miles and it died.
I had an unstable controller on my new Herald that I purchased last spring. When under a load it would overheat (apparently) and loud "grinding" noises would come from the motor. I contacted Senada who was quick to respond with possible remedies. I tried them as suggested but unfortunately the problem continued and after providing the Senada support folks with a video (with audio) they determined the controller was defective and sent me a new one. It took about 2 weeks to arrive and Senada staff were very professional in keeping me informed as to the shipment's progress. Changing out the controllers was straightforward and I have since put about 80 miles on the new one. It performs flawlessly. I appreciate the professionalism of the Senada staff and the good customer service they provided.
It’s holding up very well, it even made the bike faster in each PAS setting now the bike will top off at 30mph on PAS 3 and 34.6 mpg on pas 5 the new controller makes a big difference without more battery drain thank you
