I live in a suburban area with lots of trails and beautiful paths for miles which I havent explored nearly as I wanted. But with the e-bike I have almost explored almost all bike trails near my apartment complex.

The bike was shipped in a short time and was really protected from any damage during shipping. I use this bike to ride to and from work every day. The bike is a good commuting bike for the money.

Some of the features I really enjoy. The pedal assists in seven different levels. The highest level really helps the hills and I dont ever have to get down from the bike and push the bike.

Overall I am really happy with this new experience and I have been using my electric bike for almost a month every day with no issues at all.

The shock absorbers, brakes and speed shifters work perfectly right out of the box to my knowledge. Price is very competitive in any of the online platforms.

I have not taken it to the dirt just yet, but I am sure it is going to be great. I have ridden 90 miles. Can't wait to break 100 miles.

This is one of the coolest things I have ever bought for my husband. Because this bike is so fun and pretty darn fast. We've been out camping sometimes since we have it.

Packaging was done very well no damage. Very comfortable to ride. I’m 5’8” and seat is down and I still sit up high with toes touching ground, Handel bars and grips fit very well. Seems like a very solid bike, welding job looks great. So much fun to ride, top speed 30mph and I’m 180 pounds. Love it, very happy I bought it so far.

Bought this step through for my daughter for her 18th birthday gift. She is an outdoor sports enthusiast and now she has put 60+ miles on it! Both of us are satisfied with this beautiful bike!

Finally put it together 11/29/24, took it on a 14 mile ride and very pleased with the bike. Have a couple simple questions/ issues that I’ll be in touch with customer support soon, but otherwise very happy with my purchase.

The mirrors were easy to install and a Ford Ford fairly wide range.

Received my bike in August. I have 1100 totally trouble free miles logged. This is a great bike very happy with my purchase.

I’ve had this bike for almost a month and logged over three miles. It has a lot of power and good range. I weigh 255 lbs and got 40 miles doing back roads in level 2 assist and gear 4 just doing easy peddling. Lots of fun and the whole family wants to ride it.

What a great bike ! I have not ridden a bike for years , I wanted some outdoors exercise. I have a inside exercise bike but I wanted more. It is a little tall for me but I’m getting used to it . Lots of power and you can adjust the amount of exercise you get . I only have 100 + miles on it and on charged 3 times . Very Satisfied!

I just got my new bike as a retirement gift from my husband. I used it on a trip this past weekend for the first time and absolutely loved it! It is easy to use and helped so much with pedal assist so I could pedal when I wanted and rest and let the bike do the work for me when needed. Worth every penny! We have now ordered another one for my husband's retirement gift so he can keep up with me!

On one of my accessories I had a missing clamp for my mirrors. They promptly replaced it with apologies.

As a 73 y/o with copd ,I wanted to ride a bike again but was leery of getting stranded once I was away from home. So I did my research on E- bikes and ordered this one. Got it going today under battery power and WOW I was blown away. Did 7 miles, partially on pedal , and the rest on battery. I will tell you this , if you are worried you can't ride again because of breathing properly , don't hesitate to pull the trigger on one of these !!!! GRIN from ear to ear !!!!
