Received my bike within two days after I ordered it!! I am a senior female 5 ft 8 in. The bikes fits me great. I was concerned it would be too big for me, but it is not. First ride was smooth, bike rode without power easily. Torque sensor is smooth, no jerking. I found riding in PAS 1 and 2 was all I needed on hills Not sure about the curved back handlebars, but I will wait and see before I change them out to straight bars. My husband was so impressed he ordered one today himself. He is 6 ft 3 in and was very comfortable on it. Just fyi.
This bike is like stepping from a pick up truck into a Cadillac. I have a bad back and this bike is so comfortable to ride, that at 76 years I can do an easy 20 miles without stopping. I especially like the step thru as it's hard for me to swing my leg over the standard men's bike.
Beautiful bike! I’m 5’9” tall and it fits me no problem.

I bought the saber bike and it has been great. I really enjoy riding this bike, I did a lot of reserch before buying this bike. I can't say enough about it.
A really fun ride. Heavier than I was expecting, but not too much. Dialed in the suspension and cruised to my hearts delight. Assembly was not a problem, user manual has been very helpful.
I love this bike! Peddle assist leaves you in control regarding speed. Full assist gets you there fast!!
I have ridden this bike almost daily for a month. We live in a hilly area and I was no longer willing to pull the hills. My bike was left in the garage. It was time to get some electric assist. Reports said this bike would do that, and it has. It was easy to assemble and operation was pretty easy to understand. Now I ride daily to work and errands. Its simple to ride without assist but when I have to ride home up the big hills I turn on the electric assist and this bicycle gets me there, easy peezie. Each time I park it I notice the strong kickstand and Im grateful. With a battery on board, this is a heavy bicycle, but the designers took that into consideration with a beefed up kickstand. I still can’t believe this incredible bicycle was one of the less expensive EV bikes. What a gem.
I ordered two of these, one for me and one for my wife. Both came promptly and now I have two perfect bikes.
Assembly of the bikes were easy out of the box. The batteries came fully charged and after inflating the tires to the proper pressure we were off.
The bike is easy to operate and even though I haven't ridden a bike in over twenty years, this thing is a joy to use. The fat tires make the bike all terrain. This bike feels sturdy! I weigh over 250 lbs and not once have I felt like I'm too much for this bike. The ability to fold this bike makes it easy to transport without the need to fit your car or SUV with a hitch-rack.
All in all, a great bike for the price. Would definitely recommend.
The battery life it last for two weeks before I have to charge it again,it was easy to put together the step by step instructions was easy to fellow ,the ride is nice for all terrain it is the perfect speed,the price was perfect for my budget. It fits in the trunk of a car, and I can carry it up the stairs
I have loved the bike since I bought it, I love how comfortable the ride is and its ease of use, the fat tire and seat are primo and give a very comfortable ride. The power on it is just right to get up and go and the range is excellent. I have taken this bike up all over town and up the canyons and have had zero issues with it.
The bike folds up very compact and is easy to transport and to store when not in use. The bike looks great and the brake and headlights are top notch.
The bike handles beautifully and the electric assist makes riding a breeze. I feel like I can conquer any hill or headwind with ease
The herald is a great bike I recommend it to all cyclist. I live in the mountains so a lot of incline the 1000w motor along with the 48v battery is a great fit. I can easily get 75 miles plus on a fully charged battery. Thanks Senada for great engineering.
Loving the saber. Husband hs a-fib and the pedal assist provides enough help so he don't get winded, and was able to keep up with me wife [ I she got the Step-thru version]. We rode over 10 miles and he didn'thave to take a break to rest. Bikes handled nicely both on city streets and gravel trails with a smooth ride [did get the comfort seat. It was great to be on the ebikes again.

So excited to get our viper ebikes. I love to bike for workout. I get as much of a workout as I want, with the torque sensor feature. If I'm feeling lazy I can just dawdle along, but if I want I workout I put my legs into it, and can work up a sweat to get where I'm going, or not, I love it!
I bought this bike for my husband and he loves it. This bike arrived in great shape and is easy to get going and start riding. It is heavy but works and rides great.
I use this bike to commute to and from work. It is the best investment I’ve made yet. I love it, because I am cutting down on the gas I would be using to drive to work. The speed of the bike is great and I love the built in light/horn…Putting the bike together using the instructions was pretty simple. The bike is solid, so it is a little on the heavier side, but it can hold some weight also. I can honestly say I have no real complaints and would recommend to anyone interested in a good, cost effective ebike
Was looking to get a ebike without braking the bank. This bike goes above my expectations . The price is almost the same as a regulure bike in my area. Assembly was very easy especialy following the manufacturers video. Just start and stop when you need to. Getting used to the cntrolls took a bit of learning but after figuring it ot I really enjoy being back on a bike again. Needed a ebike to get back from when i rode to far. I would sugest you get this bike , Especially if you are older like myself.
I bought a Saber e-bike and after riding it for a while, I noticed a noise coming from the front wheel. I initially thought it was a quality issue and contacted customer service in frustration. After checking, I realized it was my own assembly mistake. The customer service team was very courteous and helped me troubleshoot the problem. I appreciate their patient assistance. I want to tell other e-bike buyers that assembling an e-bike requires some patience. Sometimes, issues arise because the bike wasn't assembled correctly, so it's a good idea to reach out to customer service for help.
Been using it for a couple days now and I can honestly say it’s pretty awesome for the price, I’m 260lbs but I have no problem riding it. Was pretty simple to put together and even though the box was beat up it was very well packaged, brakes work great and it really surprised me honestly. If you are on the fence about buying it, just do it. It’s a great price and is a good bike to start in the E-bike game!

Bought this bike to ride around my seasonal campground. Lots of steep hills and handles them all with ease. More power than expected. Great bike for the $.
