Many factors can cause fast battery drain, including high-speed riding, frequent use of the highest assist level, cold weather, tire pressure, and excessive weight on the bike. To improve battery life, consider adjusting your riding habits and maintaining your eBike regularly.

Signs of a potentially bad eBike battery include a significant decrease in range, reduced capacity, slower charging, or sudden drops in power during rides. If you suspect there is an issue, we recommend contacting our support team at ask@senadabikes.com for assistance.

No, the 20Ah battery is bigger than the 17.5Ah battery, plus the battery bracket is not the same as well. Therefore, they are not interchangeable.

Great product, exceptional communication and response!

Love my Senada Herald Plus and totally respect the Senada customer service department. I wished I could say my e-bike arrived without any shipping damage but my luck is pretty consistent and generally not in my favor. The box was delivered in decent shape, the bike was secured, well packed and heavily wrapped. Even so we found while unpacking that the rear fender was heavily scratched and noticed the top battery cap had several hair line cracks and a small chip near the charging port. While neither of the damaged items kept me from immediately riding the bike, I took pictures and sent them with my concerns to the Senada team through text and e-mail. Just a couple days later I had a response and continued dialogue that led to me receiving a replacement fender and battery cap. Both items were delivered about 2 weeks after confirming they were being sent in perfect condition. I now have logged 65 miles of enjoyable riding on what is my first e-bike purchase. I'm 66 with achy knees and am so glad I decided after year long search to purchase the Senada brand. My Herald gives me the ease of bike riding with enough power, speed and comfort to continue doing what I enjoy. I know its early in my e-bike adventure but I truly feel the quality of the Herald Plus along with its affordable price tag is the best overall purchase I could have made.Thanks again to the Senada team for helping make my 1st e-bike purchase complete,
