Signs of a potentially bad eBike battery include a significant decrease in range, reduced capacity, slower charging, or sudden drops in power during rides. If you suspect there is an issue, we recommend contacting our support team at ask@senadabikes.com for assistance.
No, the 20Ah battery is bigger than the 17.5Ah battery, plus the battery bracket is not the same as well. Therefore, they are not interchangeable.
