Awesome bike, no complaints. The shipment was delivered on time. No issues there. Set up was a breeze, but I am an engineer. so YMMV. Might buy a second one for family.

Seat is super comfortable and it rides great. Easy to figure out and get used to using the pedal assist or as a straight moped. Highly recommend.

I love the bike unfortunately it was damaged during shipping…Fortunately, I purchased shipping insurance. I contacted them and sent photos of the damaged car, and I quickly received replacement parts for free.
I was worried it would not have enough power because I’m heavier person 230lbs but it has plenty of power. I love the display, the suspension and the way it rides.

Easy to assemble. The instructions could have been more detailed. The tools came with it but I will be using some of mine to tighten a little extra. Just rode it today for the first time so we will see how it holds up. I haven’t figured it all out yet but it didn’t seem to have a lot of power going up hill. Might need to figure my gears out more. Hope it holds up in the weather... It’s a bit of a chunker bike. Once the battery goes on it gets a lot heavier. Tires were not filled all the way. Maybe that’s a transport thing. Otherwise works fine in the field and down dirt and paved today. Cheers

My girlfriend and I both purchased an Austin just to ride around for fun. We’ve really enjoyed them so far without any issues. The charge seems to last a while and 25mph on a bicycle is plenty fast for us. I wouldn’t mind the suspension being a little better. I ordered a different seat to see if that’ll help some. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase. Hopefully it lasts a long time.

Charge it and enjoy your new life! The ability to quietly ride through my neighborhood but also zoom down a stretch of highway without killing my thighs is heaven-sent. I wouldn’t put a child on one of these, but they haven’t earned this much fun yet anyway. My only complaint is that the seat and shock absorption isn’t more comfortable, but I didn’t get a mountain bike! Got this with a SlickDeals offer and can’t beat it!

Great little run about. Easy to assemble. Quick battery charging. Super convenient for big city (NYC) living. Very peppy 500Watt motor, powerful but does not exceed 750Watt limit imposed by .gov. Can easily hit 25MPH, also the speed limit imposed by.gov. Way more economical than a motorcycle, no registration, insurance or pesky parking tickets. This thing folds right up and can be stored inside to avoid thieves. Great for what it is, would recommend for the price. Consider upgrading to Saber Plus if you don't need the compact foldable feature, want bigger tires, better brakes and improved suspension. Worth it!

I've been using senada Austin for two weeks in a row. The package came in on time with minimal assembly requirement. Took the bike for a spin as soon as I finished installation and I was amazed. It's quick (thanks to 500w motor), easy to maneuver great sitting posture for my height. It definitely takes a day or two for regular bikers to get used to ebike but it's worth the hype. Brakes could be hydraulic for more confidence yet still delivers required stopping power. I recommend this bike to all
